Everything to know before you start.
How does the free trial work?
You choose your plan and we deliver your supports. Your free trial month starts when you receive the cards: you get a full month to test in real conditions. At the end, your subscription and commitment start only if you decide to continue.
When am I charged?
Your card is registered at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. The first payment happens at the end of your free month, once your cards have arrived and the trial is over, and only if you decide to continue. You can stop at any time during the trial, at no cost.
When does the commitment start?
At the end of the free trial, once your subscription starts. During the trial, you pay nothing and you are free to stop.
Are the NFC supports really included?
Yes. The displayed price is all inclusive: software, customised supports, updates and support. Nothing to buy separately.
What if I need more supports than my plan includes?
We equip your whole venue. For a few extra supports, we send them to you. For a large dining room on Pro, supports beyond the 30 included are covered by a one-time installation pack: your subscription does not change. On Business, the quantity is customised and free.
I have several restaurants, how does it work?
The Business plan includes your first 2 venues. From the 3rd, each extra venue is €69/month, with a consolidated view of all your sites. Example: 3 restaurants = €268/month, 4 restaurants = €337/month.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades at any time, free of charge.
Monthly or annual?
As you prefer. Annual billing saves you 20% and locks your rate. In both cases, your first trial month is free.
Do my customers need a recent smartphone?
Every smartphone since 2014 has NFC (over 95% of devices). A backup QR code is also printed on each support.
