Do my customers need a recent smartphone?
All smartphones since 2014 have NFC. More than 95% of devices have it today. If in doubt, a backup QR code is also printed on the materials.
How long does it take to create my menu?
30 minutes on average. Our interface is designed for someone who is not tech-savvy. And we support you at the start.
What happens if my internet connection goes down?
The menu is displayed from the customer's smartphone, so as long as they have a bit of mobile data or wifi, it works. You are not dependent on your own wifi.
Do I own my data?
Yes. You can export your menu, photos, and statistics at any time. Hosting in Europe, GDPR compliant.
Can the menu be linked to an ordering system?
Not at the moment. This is a feature planned on the roadmap. The OneTap menu remains view-only today.
How does delivery to Belgium work?
Same as France. Shipping included, delivery within 5 business days.
What if my materials get damaged?
They are guaranteed for 2 years. Free replacement in case of defect. Beyond that, tiered pricing is offered on order.
Can I change my plan mid-subscription?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading is free, downgrading requires one month's notice.
